United Way of Greater St. Louis Launches Annual Campaign
This past week United Way of Greater St. Louis launched its annual campaign. United Way supports over 160 nonprofit agencies providing critical services to people in need in St. Louis and the surrounding region. Due to the coronavirus, the past 6 months have created unprecedented levels of need for so many. This year's campaign is, therefore, more important than ever. United Way of Greater St. Louis serves 16 counties. The West Region encompasses St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, and west St. Louis County. As the population has moved west, so have the needs. United Way has announced the addition of several new agencies located in the west region to its list of "safety net" providers. Safety net agencies serve the community in the areas of: improving health, providing food and shelter/basic needs, fostering learning, establishing financial security, and strengthening communities. You are encouraged to visit this year's campaign website: www.weareallunited.org. If you are an employer and would like to learn more about how your company can help, or, if you would like assistance starting an employee based giving campaign at your facility, please contact Mike Macauley, Director, West Region.
