Globally Validated Womenswear Fashion Brand Strategically Aligns With
Community Impact Organization to Uplift Women

St. Louis — AUDRA, a women’s ready-to-wear fashion brand has teamed up with Connections to Success and Dress for Success Midwest on a Power Dressing partnership benefitting women in St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, MO, and greater midwestern communities. In championing Dress for Success Midwest’s commitment to giving its clients confidence, Audra Danielle Noyes, AUDRA founder, CEO, and creative director will be contributing new women’s shirting for Dress for Success Midwest clients and is steadfast
on growing this long-term initiative while supporting the midwestern community that Connections to Success serve.
The partnership focuses on three pillars that are integral components of the AUDRA brand’s mission and values, and those that align with Connections to Success and Dress for Success Midwest: 1. Providing new, uncompromisingly beautiful shirting made in the NYC-garment district and designed by AUDRA, funded through customer purchases of garments, 2. Personal styling of the shirting with Dress for Success Midwest clients upon shirting delivery, and 3. Moderate ‘The Power of Style’ conversations with female leaders from the greater St. Louis, Midwestern and National communities while also hosting networking engagements with Connections to Success’s Women’s Professional Group.
“When I launched my brand in Paris in 2013 it was a dream and long-term goal of this business to partner with such an impactful organization like Connections to Success to invest in women’s futures,” said Audra Danielle Noyes, founder, CEO, and creative director. “When I met Kathy, her passion for her community and clients was palpable and infectious, and it was the natural choice as a long-term partner. In my years as a solely funded entrepreneur, it took support from so many women - customers, teammates, mentors, to champion me and help me get to where I am at today.”
Kathy Lambert, Connections to Success and Dress for Success Midwest’s co-founder and former CEO, shared that “meeting Audra and partnering with her was a dream come true! She understands the struggle of women, and is guided by her heartfelt faith to help provide pathways to economic success
    for women and their families.”
Designed to complement a perfect working wardrobe for Dress for Success Midwest clients, this
partnership brings together a robust community of supporters united in their desire to equip women re-entering the workforce with the workwear essentials they need to feel their absolute best and successfully gain employment. Noyes added, “what we wear for essential moments of our lives can be pivotal, especially in our careers. I’m so fortunate to have the opportunity to empower more women in our community together with Dress for Success Midwest.”
Simultaneously occurring with this initiative rollout, Connections to Success has recently appointed Ruth Lee as CEO, effective January 4, 2021. Lee is a strategic leader with 25+ years of experience in Missouri nonprofit work that she will carry with her into this new chapter for Connections to Success. Her leadership will continue building the vision of what Kathy Lambert established in 1998 and continues today. “Our partnership with AUDRA truly is a dream come true! Audra's designs are influenced by both her father and grandmother and are inspirational to all who wear her clothing,” said Ruth Lee, CEO of Connections to Success.”We are excited that the women who have gone through our workforce readiness training can experience styling and shirting from AUDRA.” To launch this initiative, AUDRA will be providing 20% of proceeds on all purchases at audraofficial.com and at their Ladue Atelier (9753 Clayton Road) for the month of March 2021, towards funding the production of the new shirting for Dress for Success Midwest. Ongoing, proceeds from the purchase of Power Dressing shirts designed by AUDRA contribute to making classic shirting for female clients of Dress for Success Midwest.
    About AUDRA
AUDRA is a St. Louis-based, globally validated womenswear brand established by Paris-trained Audra Danielle Noyes in 2013. Noyes is the owner and creative director of AUDRA and has been featured in Forbes, InStyle, and named "One to Watch" by WWD. Fueled by her late father's memory, Noyes draws inspiration from men's tailored clothing and infuses her feminine voice into a father and daughter conversation that transcends her design process. The label's aesthetic is rooted in an eternal style, creating seasonless and ageless collections, the pieces that remain a constant in a woman's wardrobe. Each AUDRA garment is designed and informed for and by the AUDRA Woman. The uncompromising quality and beauty in each AUDRA garment stem from the commitment to consciously create silhouettes that women can wear for all parts of their lives. As the design house has matured over the past six years, Noyes' passion remains constant: creating luxury clothing that is modest, playful, and alluring. All at an accessible designer price point and sold direct-to-consumer through the St. Louis retail Atelier and online at audraofficial.com.
Since launching AUDRA and now making St. Louis the base of the brand, the collection has been featured in the pages of Vogue Italy Talents, Vogue Japan, Vogue Mexico, W Magazine, L’Officiel, and InStyle, as well as web publications WWD, Refinery29, Manrepeller, and Forbes.com. AUDRA is seasonally reviewed by VOGUE.com. Additionally, AUDRA has been worn by many cultural leaders such as Susan Sarandon, Tracee Ellis Ross, Caroline Issa, Kim Kardashian, and Marion Cotillard.
