About Us

The Care Service is the largest comprehensive social support agency in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties and has been serving the people in these Missouri counties since 1981. Our programs are designed to stabilize and strengthen the family by reintegrating them into our community, affirming our motto: “Planting the Seed of Hope…Breaking the Chain of Despair”.

The Care Service programs are provided to individuals or families in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren Counties who are at or below 50% of the state median income.
