• Realty Concierge

    As a Realty Concierge, you will often be the first point of contact for potential home buyers. You will pair homebuyers with agents to facilitate their home shopping and with partner lenders to facilitate, the home buying process.

    Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:

    • Take call-in and pull home buyer leads and connect VA home buyers with a network agent and when needed, a partner lender. 

    • Conduct follow up with active home buyers and agents to ensure all needs are met and the homebuyer is receiving excellent customer service. 

    • Serve as liaison between real estate agents, loan officers, and clients to manage monthly closings. 

    • Remain knowledgeable in department goals to focus on overall increase in conversions.

    • Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required).
