Hilda Andres
Hilda brings with her twelve years of experience in art museums. Before joining the Foundry Art Centre, Hilda was Director of Community Engagement and Education for the Swope Art Museum in Terre Haute, IN; a role connecting the museum with the community through relevant programs, outreach, fund-raising, and collaboration. She is an advocate for the arts believing it improves the quality of life, community, and economic development in the city. She was named one of the top “Women in Business” by Terre Haute Living in 2019.
Previous roles included Education and Program Coordinator for the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, VA, Museum of Contemporary Art Educator, and Director of Development for the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art.
She led major initiatives with community arts leaders and The City of Terre Haute to obtain the Art and Cultural Designation for Downtown Terre Haute through the Indiana Arts Commission.
Hilda has her Master in Leadership Development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an Art History Minor from Indiana University Herron School of Art and Design.

Scott Tate
Scott has served as President & CEO of the St. Charles Regional Chamber since December 2004.
He is currently a board member for St. Charles Crime Stoppers & Vision St. Charles County Leadership; a member of St. Charles Rotary and the Frenchtown Revitalization Task Force; and by ordinance, represents the Chamber and is Chair of the Convention & Visitors Bureau Commission. Scott also serves on the St. Charles County Workforce Development Board and is a Senator with the US Jaycees.
Scott graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University in 1995 with a BS in Business Administration / Marketing and is a 2016 graduate of the US Chamber Foundation's Southeast Institute for Organization Management (IOM).
He enjoys bicycling, hiking, camping, volunteering, traveling, technological gadgets, craft beer, and hanging with friends & family.

John Wiemann
John Wiemann has thirty years experience in the private sector working for small, medium, and large companies in both the healthcare and insurance industries. The last fifteen years, John was an entrepreneur running an insurance brokerage company that specialized in medical malpractice. In addition to his business experience, from 2014 to 2022, John served as a State Representative in the Missouri House, where he was elected twice to serve as Speaker Pro Tem. During his tenure in the General Assembly, Speaker Wiemann passed several important pieces of legislation and received numerous awards from business groups like the Missouri Chamber, for his conservative leadership. Recently, John Wiemann resigned from the Missouri House, to join St. Charles Community College as their new Vice President of Workforce and Strategic Initiatives.
John and his wife Yvette, live in O’Fallon with their two sons, Blake and Clayton. John and his family have lived in St. Charles County for twenty-six years, where they have built a home, started a business and raised their children. John is active in his church and in the community. He is a member of numerous civic organizations like the Chamber of Commerce for O’Fallon and Cottleville-Weldon Spring, National Federation of Businesses, Knights of Columbus, and the Lewis & Clark Pachyderm Club.
