Sandhill Counseling Selected as 2019 Small Business of the Year
The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Sandhill Counseling and Consultation and Owner / Clinical Director Monica Lieser has been selected as the 2019 Small Business of the Year. The Chamber of Commerce recognized Sandhill Counseling and Consultation along with finalists, Extreme Electrical and April’s on Main at their 2019 Small Business of the Year annual awards ceremony, Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
Monica Lieser is Owner and Clinical Director with Sandhill Counseling and Consultation located at 801 South Woodlawn Avenue in O’Fallon. With over 23 specialized therapists, Sandhill Counseling and Consultation can assist clients with their journey to wellness.
Along with the Small Business of the Year recognition, the City of St. Charles recognized their 2019 Employers of the Years. For the Industrial / Manufacturing category, please join us in congratulating Joey Cash, GM for Cintas. Standing in for owner Boyd Gaming, Senior Vice President & General Manager Ward Shaw accepted the Service award on behalf of Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles, while Poornima Partha Sarathy, Owner of Pump It Up was recognized as the Employer of the Year in the Retailer category. The Sustainability award goes to Patterson Mold and owner James Martin.
This year, the Jack Heck Award was presented to Assistance Home Care and owners Allen & Sally Serfas. The Jack Heck Award recognizes a business displays the characteristics which were important Jack Heck – spirit of community outreach and family values.
