Heavy Smoke BBQ Celebrates Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting
Owners Chris Schafer and Chad Brewer celebrated the grand opening of his new business, Heavy Smoke BBQ with a ribbon cutting on Friday, November 6, 2020.
Celebrating the grand opening with Chris and Chad were family, friends, Mayor of the City of St. Peters Len Pagano and several aldermen with the City of St. Peters, board members, ambassadors, and staff with the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce.
Heavy Smoke BBQ is located at 4270 North Service Road in the City of St. Peters. Back in 2017, Chad and Chris teamed up to turn Heavy Smoke BBQ into a business by offering their competition BBQ into a restaurant – food truck style. Just 3 years later, 2020 brings Heavy Smoke BBQ to its first ever brick and mortar location. They offer dine-in or carry-out and feature Philly style Egg Rolls, Wings, Pork Cakes, Burnt Ends and so much more. Diners have the option of purchasing meat by the pound, as a sandwich or as a plated meal with all the sides.
