    Event Description:
    Colonel David Todd, Chief of the St. Charles County Police Department will speak about a variety of public safety and emergency issues. Chief Todd will discuss the structure of St. Charles County law enforcement and public services available through the Police Department, as well as the impact of the opioid epidemic on police and general safety precautions. He will also provide an overview of the County's new Emergency Operations Center in O'Fallon. Chief Todd will answer questions after the presentation.
